There is a certain percentage of weight every individual should be able to lift: |
|
|

1. Incline Press
2. Seated Scott Curl
3. Trap 3 Test
4. Front Squat
5. Seated Barbell Military Press |

|
|
Failure to score well in these categories means potential injury to the athlete. Example: If your incline press is 200 pounds for an absolute score, then you should be able to Scott curl 46% of that 200 pounds. |

|
|
|
Each test is based on your 1RM
(repetition maximum) for the incline bench press. These tests typically take two days to perform, depending on the individual athlete and his/her training age (experience). |
